It’s 5 days before Christmas and today I have a smashing recipe for my cocktail-loving babes! If you’re into the aromatic spices of Chai playfully dancing with vanilla martini, this one’s for you. 🙂
I’ve been seeing different renditions of this festive martini blend and I decided to craft my own using ingredients readily available in the Philippines.
INGREDIENTS
- 30ml Vanilla Vodka
- 45-50ml Jacob’s Well Masala Chai Concentrate in Spiced Vanilla (or any Chai concentrate accessible to you)
- 60ml Full Cream Milk
- Cinnamon Sugar (here’s how to make your own!)
Like any well-crafted cocktail drink, you’d need a chilled glass and a chilled shaker. Just pop your martini glass in the freezer and toss the vodka, chai concentrate, and full cream milk in your shaker. Give it a good shake, pour everything in the cinnamon sugar-rimmed martini glass, and you’re good to go!
I love cinnamon so this holiday martini is totally up my alley. It has a beautiful mix of sweet and spicy. You can double up your vodka if you want a stronger kick but, for me, this is the perfect blend to enjoy the night away.
