Lotus All Natural Lipstick

Lately, I have been really paranoid about my skin. Any new spot seems to be so magnified for me. Since last year, I have been very meticulous with the products I put on–especially on my face. I remember one morning when I saw a new sun spot on my face and decided that I will use facial sunblock from then on. Since then, I have tried to be very conscious with the products I review and test, leaning towards finding natural and organic cosmetics.

Lotus Cosmetics USA is not yet available in the Philippines but they provide a wide range of all-natural cosmetics. I’m lucky to have their lippies and I’m loving it so far.

Lipstick offers naturally vibrant colors blended with essential oils and shea butter to moisturize, plump and condition lips. Our lipstick is a long-lasting formula that provides maximum coverage with effortless application, leaving lips feeling soft and smooth all day. Our Lipstick is a super hydrating formula loaded with antioxidants and is 100% natural lipstick with color derived from fruit pigment. (Source: Lotus Cosmetics USA)

Organic or All-Natural lipstick has not yet hit the Philippine market but how I wish local beauty companies would start bringing in Organic lippies soon.. I love the fact that Lotus Cosmetics’ lippies do not contain Parabens, Petro-Chemicals, Phthalates, Sulfates, Synthetic Fragrances, or Synthetic Dyes. It’s perfectly good for your lips. The formula is non drying, although the staying power is not that long. But who cares? I’d rather reapply a product as often as I want knowing that it’s safe that have something stuck on my lips that’s going to have harmful effects in the long run.
