When Hazel sent me photos of her spa as an invitation to try out her newly opened happy place, I couldn’t say no for an answer. The salon was charming even just through the photos. Nestled along the busy street of Quezon Avenue in Quezon City, a lovely royalty-themed salon is waiting to pamper you in ways fit for a queen.
I was set to have my body scrub and pedicure that day. But before having my treatments started, Hazel toured me around her exquisite aristocratic place.
For such a small space, Hazel Salon & Spa offers a lot of services. It’s a one-stop-shop for all you pampering needs. So if you are planning to have your massage on a busy hour, I think it’s best for you to call in for an appointment.
I was ushered to the second floor to have my treatment. I was so excited to have my body scrub at Princess Hazel Salon & Spa since I have been trying to get rid of the dark spots left by an insect bite on my legs.
What I loved most about Princess Hazel Salon & Spa is the privacy that it offers. The staff are all courteous and friendly. I enjoyed my scrub very much that I quickly fell to slumber, even for just 15 minutes.
After my scrub, I took a shower and went straight to have my pedicure. Don’t you just love their mani/pedi area?
I love how this salon offers a wide range of OPI, Essie, Orly, Zoya and other imported nail brands–all gloriously displayed for you to take your pick. What’s great about it is that they don’t charge you extra for using these brands, unlike other salons.
So I picked a bright pink OPI shade to match my recently gel-polished nails. Hospitality at its best, my nail therapist was kind enough to retouch my chipped off Shellac-polish left thumb as well–love her for that! <3
If you are looking for a new place to have your nails done, or maybe throw a little nail session with your girl friends, I think Princess Hazel Salon & Spa is a place worth your visit.
