Product Review: Scholl Velvet Smooth Express Pedi

Having rough, scaly feet is certainly un-sexy. And since mine has been being traveling feet lately, I have skipped foot spa sessions since after my sister’s wedding (been to Davao, Taiwan, and Hong Kong).

So, I was soooo glad to have this Scholl Velvet Smooth Express Pedi come in handy every time I need to bare my feet and make sure it’s all smooth in all angles.

Scholl Velvet Smooth Express Pedi is a no-brainer tool. I’m sure even kids would know how to operate it. Just remove the plastic battery stopper at inside the handle, switch it on, and you’re good to go!

It runs on 4 AA batteries which can last up to 4-6months with 2-3x a week use.

It has an ergonomic handle and a specially-designed Micralumina roller head for effective, yet gentle removal of hard skin.

Each buffing head is reusable and can last you 3 months. So you can just think about all the cost-savings with this electronic foot file versus going to your pedi-spa appointments fortnightly. Now you can have your at-home pedi-spa even every other night. I swear, using Scholl Velvet Smooth Express Pedi is really addicting!

See how it effectively buffs away rough skin?

I’m really happy on how smooth the soles of my feet were after my first use. Oh, and please don’t forget to at least rinse the rolling head before you store it. And please remember that the handle is not waterproof so you’d have to detach the Micralumina rolling head before rinsing, let it air-dry, before re-attaching it to the handle then store it in.

The Scholl Velvet Smooth Express Pedi is definitely worth your Php1,685.00 since this nifty beauty tool effectively buffs away any rough spot even after your first use. Plus, it’s cheaper to get it here in Manila versus in Taiwan or Hong Kong. The replaceable rolling heads are also cheaper here at Php550.00 for packs of 2.

Such an interesting thing to buy. A bit expensive, pero in the long run, it’s actually cheaper. Question, di ba nakakakiliti? haha. Yun lang ang issue ko eh. baka makiliti ako and di ko magamit ng maayos. 🙂 Good thing it’s cheaper her in Manila

OMG! Been looking for this tool for weeks now. I’ve seen this once at Watson’s when a saleslady approached us but forgot to keep in mind the brand. My hubby is a runner and frequently gets calluses so this will be my perfect gift for him on his birthday. Thanks for blogging about this. 🙂

I am familiar with Scholl because the brand of the comfy foot wear of my grandmother is Scholl. Good thing they do have this because for some who can’t have a pedicure time at the salon/spa, it is less time consuming and you can do it by yourself. Callus is really a problem mostly for women. At first, I may think it is expensive but with the savings (including time) that I can get will really satisfy me and I can share it as well with my mother. It can be a bonding time with my mom using this product. Scholl really knows the needs of our precious feet. Thank you for this review. 🙂

I was blown away by the hefty price. Good thing though that the buffing head is replaceable. Definitely a must try product from Scholl for those who do self pampering at home. I just don’t know if I would ever purchase this ’cause it’s already like a luxury item to me. Haha.
