Eyeliner 101 from Sonia Kashuk

Has someone gifted you with an eyeliner over the holidays and you just don’t know what to do with it? Here are some eyeliner styles that you can try. My personal picks are winged liner and elongated cat eye.

Top Line: Adding a line of liner right over the lashline.

Add Definition: Adding liner right onto your upper waterline.

Open & Brighten: Adding white eyeliner to your lower waterline.

Wrap Around: Line your eye along your waterlines, top and bottom until they touch.

Wrap Around Smokey:  Line your eye along your waterlines, top and bottom until they touch as well as lining right along your lashlines.

Winged Liner: Using a gel liner (for better glide) a bent eyeliner brush or liquid liner draw a line right along your upper lashline, draw past the outer corner of the creating a small swoosh.

Elongated Cat Eye: Draw a line right along your upper lashline as well as on the outer corner of your lower lashline. For the elongated look extend both lines past the outer corner of the creating a small swoosh.

Color Lining: Pick your style and give it color!

Let me know what styles you have tried or the styles you commonly use. Bisous!

No matter how I practice, I can never be a pro in using eyeliner. And worse, eyeliner doesnt look good on me, they say 🙁 But this is very helpful! 😀
