Mrs. Graham’s Cafe adds a little sweetness in QC

I’ve fallen in love with Mrs. Grahams Bakery eversince I first discovered them in a food bazaar last year. Among all the macarons I have tried, what I love most about this brand is their uniquely flavours french pastries. But when you have that occassional sudden sweet craving, you don’t really get to have some of these heavenly goodness since Mrs. Graham’s Bakery used to only accept online orders. So when they announced that their cafe is finally open, I couldn’t help but drop by and get my french macaron fix. These delectable almond cookies in sweet, pastel-toned hues are baked to perfection–surface is smooth, meaning the almond was finely ground and the chunks were sifted out; the ganache is smooth, firm, light, and not sticky; and the sweetness does not take over the flavor of the entire pastry. Mrs. Graham’s has the impeccable blend of the right flavors and the perfect chewiness all rolled into one delightful afternoon treat.

An assortment of flavors will be offered daily so it’s great to drop by from time to time. The original flavors Salted Caramel, Cookie Dough, White Coffee, Baileys, and Tequila Rose are only for Php45.00 each. Best seller Inside-out  S’mores and other premium flavor Cinnamon French toast with Peanut buttercream is only for Php50.00 each, while deluxe flavors Tiramisu and Brie Cheese with Truffle oil are Php60.00 each. Mrs. Graham’s Cafe offers a variety of coffee and tea blends to complement your macaron munching experience. You can also taste some of their other homebaked goodies like Russian tea cakes, cheesecakes and revel bars.

I love the cute and quirky setting.
