NEW FAVORITE: Strip Manila’s Strip NO SWEAT

Hello, hello. So Strip Manila has a new treatment for everyone. Who doesn’t want to get rid of that dyahe-move when you raise your arms and you see that icky sweat marks on you sleeves? And sometimes your deo just wouldn’t cut it.

Ugh. I wouldn’t want to be caught with that!

So before the fun part, Strip Manila suggested for me to do the “Iodine Test,” to which I completely obliged.

In 5 minutes, the starch applied over the iodine turned black–meaning the blacker it gets, the sweater it is! See how my right UA is sweatier than my left. Very interesting.

Strip No Sweat is a groundbreaking treatment for hyperhidrosis—or excessive sweating–and body odor (’cause we all know BO is caused by sweaty pits!). The treatment goes for 40minutes of this thing swirling around your pits. The head is heated to “deactivate” your sweat glands.

I was told that the ideal temperature should be at 39-41 degrees to “deactivate” the sweat glands effectively. So from time to time, areas of your UA will be checked to make sure they are meeting this ideal temperature.

Ta-dah! So here’s the finished look! The red patches are normal since the skin was exposed to the heat coming from the wand. Don’t worry, it should subside within hours.
