PhotoBlog: A Day at Sonya’s (Not so) Secret Garden

I have been very busy with a lot of things lately. And I guess since my thoughtful boyfriend is always sweet and very attentive of my schedule (and mood), he decided to pull me out of my jam-packed weekend routine and took me to Sonya’s Garden Tagaytay for some R&R.

I always enjoy a good buffet meal. So Sonya’s buffet offering is perfect for our agenda. For only Php638.00 per head, you get to dine at their serene dining rooms, served with Sonya’s organic produce.

The dining ambiance is great. It’s spacious and you get to enjoy classical music while you eat your organic garden salad, fresh from Sonya’s Garden. The staff is friendly and courteous. Your garden salad will be served at your table but you’d have to get your pasta at the buffet table.

Oh you know my blog is always playful and I take photos of all things nasty. This spread might look odd on picture, but it’s actually black olive tapinade–my favorite among Sonya’s 5 dips and toppings.

I skipped dessert since it’s chocolate. But I loved their Tarragon tea.

After having our meal, my boyfriend and I decided to tour the garden.

Sonya’s Secret Garden offers spa services and even accommodations.  You can check out their website for the complete list of spa services that they offer.

As we walked around, we found this cottage called “Favorite Finds”…

… and it was all things pretty! 😉

If I were to have a rest house somewhere country side, I believe it would look as quirky as this.

Another favorite was this cottage that contained linen sprays and organic tea.

Don’t you think I belong here?

I hope you enjoyed viewing my Pre-Valentine’s Date PhotoBlog. 😉
