Product Review: Etude House Age Defense Firming Cream

Koreans–or Northern Asians in general–have one of the best skin so it’s a no brainer to be enticed in trying out their skincare products. While I love using French skincare brands, I think these Korean skincare is something we all should consider.

I have used and loved Etude House cosmetics, but this is my first time to use their skincare line. In 2015, Etude House released their first line of anti-aging products for 25-year-olds and above. Today, let me introduce to you Etude House Age Defense Firming Cream.

Each set contains Age Defense Firming Cream (Php1,578.00 for 50ml) and a free 5ml Age Defense Lifting Essence sampler plus a spatula. You can buy a full-sized tube of Age Defense Lifting Essence separately at Php1,598.00.

After applying the essence, you have to put the cream over it as it’s a two-step process. The cream has a rich and thick consistency, which I think is perfect for the cool January weather–I’m just not sure how it will fare during summer. But, what I like about this cream is that it gets absorbed easily by the skin and gives you an instant softer, more supple feel. Oh, and it has that light fragrant scent that I absolutely love.

Etude’s Age Defense line is not only for anti-aging, but it also has products targeted for brightening, lifting, and firming. Check out the complete line and visit Etude House Philippines’ official website at http://www.etudehouse.ph. This is the line I’m hoping to try next in EH’s skincare selections. Right now I’m using the Moistfull Collagen line which is great, but I’m looking for something more targeted for anti aging.

What I love about Etude House Skincare the cream or lotion is easily absorb by the skin. Walang moist/ oily feeling. Would like to try their brightening set next time. 🙂
