Product Review: Etude House Beauty Shot Face Blur SPF15

I was just talking about blur creams recently with my friends and how much I wanted to try them out. And just like a real fairy godmother, here comes Etude House sending me one to try. <3

This lightweight cream provides multi-filtering effects for instantly refined and smooth skin. The texture is smooth but it minimizes pores and brighten complextion.

I have been wearing my favorite L’Oreal foundation lately but I’m looking for a lightweight formula that I can wear this summer. What’s special about this Etude House Beauty Shot Face Blur is that it has Baby Pixel Powder, also called as Blur Powder, which give 3-in-1 multi filter effect like adjusting light on skin. These are super fine particles that make skin smooth and soft while covering pores and bumps flawlessly.

Unlike other primers, which is made from silicone gel, Etude House Beauty Shot Face Blur is made of ‘Airy Skin Powder’ to give lightweight and comfortable wear for a long time. You can use this as a primer to your favorite foundation or as is.

Beauty Shot Face Blur retails for Php898.00 and comes only in one shade. Purchase at least Php4,000 worth of Etude House products and get a cute Block Calendar for free! Until March 31, 2015 only.

Is it effective? 🙂 How long does it last? I didn’t know that blur is a real ingredient. I thought the name was supposed to mean blurring the pores. But I know the name means that as well. 🙂 It’s pretty affordable for a primer. I don’t think it has SPF though. :/ Sayang

For me it lasted the whole day, i think this is meant to be a primer. But I like using it alone. Yes, blur is the effect and not the ingredient. 🙂

Interesting! Didn’t know this was a non-silicone product. Thanks for sharing 🙂

I think it’s not silicone-free seeing that there are many “-cones” the ingredients list. However, it is the consistency that’s not “silicone-y” as it is water-based.
