Product Review: Etude House Wonder Pore Balancing Cream

Now that the cooler weather is here, it’s time to bring out your moisturizers/facial creams and enjoy another layer of product on your face while the weather is appropriate and comfortable.

And while you’re worried that your extra layer of product will cause a pool of oil on your face and enlarge your pores, here’s something from my favorite Korean skincare brand Etude House to kick those enlarged pores’ butt away!

Wonder Pore is one of Etude House’s best-selling line, especially here in the Philippines where girls are very conscious of oily face and enlarged pores because of our hot and humid weather. Now for a facial cream that actually moisturizes the skin and yet controls oil–now that’s something I’d love to get my hands on!

This is a pore moisture cream containing peppermint extract with a formula that evens out the pore’s oil and moisture balance for smooth pores.

Since Etude House Wonder Pore Balancing Cream is very lightweight, you can actually use this during daytime, before you apply your makeup.

This gel moisturizer doesn’t clog the pores and even after the extra layer, your skin still feels breathable. It gets absorbed on the skin fast and I love the way it keeps my skin supple especially during the days when I’d have to stay in an airconditioned room for hours.

If you are sensitive to fragrance, this has a faint alcohol scent… but it’s very mild that I’m sure you’ll find it tolerable.

Etude House Wonder Pore Balancing Cream is available for Php848.00 at your favorite Etude House store. Visit Etude House Philippines’ official website at http://www.etudehouse.ph. For more information and to know more about their latest promos, follow them on Facebook, and Twitter.

It may be a bit pricey but the products of Etude won’t let you down because I am using the Wonder Pore Toner and it is really mild for the skin while it cleans the pores. I’ll try this one to make my facial pores firm to avoid pimples and black/white-heads. Thank you for this review. 🙂

I’ve used the wonder pore toner and it works well. I don’t have large pores though but it made my face healthier. This one looks pretty interesting. I like that it’s light and makes the skin supple. 🙂

Is this different from a make up priemer?
    How do you apply it?
Wonder pore then make up priemer?

    Thanks!

Primers are intended to be applied before putting on cosmetics to help create a good canvas prior putting on makeup. This one’s a night cream so it’s a bit richer than your usual primer.
