After a long day’s work, who wouldn’t want to have some skin pampering time and a beauty makeover?

It was a (rainy and very traffic!) night of beauty pampering at Zen Institute in Fort, as organized by Gorgeous Cosmetics, last Tuesday. I’ve loved Gorgeous Cosmetics since the first time I’ve tried it so this beauty event is something I wouldn’t want to miss. 🙂

I was a little early so I had a chance to chat with Michelle, the COO of Gorgeous Cosmetics, and the girls from Zen Institute.

Notwithstanding the bad weather and heavy traffic, beauty bloggers took time to visit Zen Institute to have our beauty talk with Dra. Mariko as she shares the latest beauty innovation that Zen Institute offers.

After the talk, we were sent to our personal beauty consultant to check on our skin and have our choice of treatment.

Of course, we were oriented about the brand Gorgeous Cosmetics before being given the chance to try it out and have our beauty makeover.

Gorgeous Cosmetics s Australia’s leading professional make up brand. Its product range is one of the finest available in the world. It is the make up for celebrities, catwalk models, brides, and every woman. Founder, David McConnell strives to empower every woman to be confident and achieve that glamour everyday. Aside from that, it enjoys a reputation for innovative products, meticulous attention to detail and impeccable customer service standards.

I’m not really into foundation but Gorgeous Cosmetics is something I’d consider since their foundation is very lightweight. Gorgeous foundations (Php1,800++) are formulated with vitamins A and E to nourish skin, plus light-­diffusing pigments to make your skin glow.

Other Gorgeous Cosmetics that I love are their mineral eye shadows (Php1,100.00), cream blushes (Php1,100.00), and lip gloss (Php900.00). Oh, and their Madam Lashes (Php660.00) is something you would want to try–imagine it can be reused up to 10 times!

    Youre very pretty on ur outfit!! 🙂 i found gorgeous cosmetics last month at mall, and the prices are really expensive! Wanted to try their lippies, but I had a hard time on what color would fit me, so I ended up buying their blushes instead. 😀 It was very pigmented and Im still using it till now. The color lasts up to 5 hours and i love how natural look it was! 🙂 I love how informative this event was, Im dreaming to attend this kind of beauty-skin-make’up event someday 🙂 Yay!     This is my first time to actually know Gorgeous Cosmetics, since I don’t usually go out and just rely to beauty bloggers like you to discover such awesome brands, will you be making a product review then? 🙂 and was wondering If you’re not really into foundations, what do you usually use?

      Hello Kim! I keep my face bare–nothing but a layer of moisturizer and sunblock.
