I’m a sucker for lip balms. I’ve had chronically chapped lips since forever and I make sure to keep my lips soft and neat looking by slathering on lip balms. Now, there’s a tricky part. Not all balms are made equal. And surely, Hurraw’s something I’d put on the top of the list.
Hurraw! Balm started out of pure intent; a personal obsession to create the perfect balm: all natural, vegan, made from premium raw, organic and fair trade ingredients, complete with a bunch of natural and fun flavor options!
I have long been wanting to try out Hurraw. I’ve heard it from blogger friends who have tried it and loved it. And since balms for me are quite a ‘need’ rather than a ‘want,’ I picked up some flavors when I spotted it on my Legazpi Sunday Market visit.
Since I naturally have pale lips, I was looking for something that’s tinted. So, I picked up grapefruit since Black Cherry and Cinnamon were out of stock.
Although it doesn’t give the tint that I’m looking for, I love how it keeps my lips smooth but it’s not heavy and sticky. You’d know what I meant by saying not all balms are created equal when you try Hurraw. My boyfriend hates the stickiness/waxiness of the balms that I sometimes use, so I’m proud to say that Hurraw is boyfriend-approved!
