Shinagawa’s Synchroderm Plus Treatment + Exclusive IG Giveaway

I am lucky to have good skin. But that doesn’t mean I don’t do measures to keep it that way. Good thing for us, at this day and age, treatments are already available to combat most, if not all, skincare woes.

Probably my #1 skincare problem is enlarged pores. I have combination skin and my T-zone is just horrible. I’m just thankful that Shinagawa now has Synchroderm Plus Derma treatment to specifically combat enlarged pores and fine lines or wrinkles.

Last week, Shinagawa’s Marketing Officer Ms. DJ Guinto invited me to try Shinagawa’s Synchroderm Plus Treatment. Basically, this is a 20 to 30-minute laser facial treatment that helps minimize pores and reduce wrinkles. I got there right in time for my appointment and was quickly ushered to Dr. Leo for my initial consultation.

I was just a quick run down of my medical history and current health issues, if any. After the consultation, I went to the treatment room.

Here’s how the machine looks like:

This machine uses laser that penetrates to the dermal layer of the skin to enhances collagen remodeling. This promotes skin tightening and skin rejuvenation. As a result, skin redness is decreased, wrinkles are improved and pores are minimized.  Also, its micro laser peeling effect works to improve acne scars and helps dry inflamed acne.

Synchroderms Plus is super pain free. Plus, the treatment only takes about 20 to 30 minutes to finish–perfect if you are in the area and you’d want to squeeze this in during your lunch break. You just need 1 to 2 treatments per month to achieve optimum results. Usually, desired results will be visible in 2-3 months after the treatment.

After the treatment, I was told not to wash my face for the next 6 hours. There is no down time. Only, you must refrain from sun exposure for the next 3 days. Also, my skin had these little bumps the very next morning, which was expected as Dr. Leo said that this was a common effect for Synchroderm patients. But don’t worry, the bumps quickly subsided the following day (+2 days from treatment) even without application of any topical cream.
