Product Review: Beauty Unlimited Precision Eye Brush Kit

For a time now, I have been looking for a nice set of synthetic brushes to buy and add to my collection. I was planning to buy the Sigmax Precision Kit from a local seller online when I realized that Sigma is one of the most pirated brands of makeup brushes out there. So rather than buying a (could’ve been a) fake Sigma set, I’d rather get myself a generic one.

Anyways, let me guide you through each brush from this Beauty Unlimited Precision Eye Brush Kit.

This Precision Tapered brush is perfect for spot treating problem areas because of its pointed tip. It helps easy application of correctors or concealers to hard to reach areas like the sides of the nose and the inner corners of the eye.

For applying concealer around the eyes, I prefer using this Precision Flat Top Brush and stipple the product on the problem area. Since this brush has a larger surface area, it gives more coverage to my dark undereye area compared to Precision Tapered Brush. You can use this interchangeably with Precision Flat Angled Brush for your eye concealer application.

Aside from corrector or concealer application, this Precision Flat Angled Brush can also be used for highlight and contour.

The Precision Round brush is perfect for the application of cream eyeshadow base or primer. This is also perfect for applying setting powder under your eyes to set the concealer.

Lastly, my favorite, the Precision Soft Angled is actually what made me buy the entire set of brushes. I have been using this brush to apply my cream brush for that natural flushed effect. The surface area of this synthetic brush is perfect to mimic the size of your fingers as compared to using a full-sized angled blush brush.

Now, comparing it to the original Sigmax Precision Kit, I noticed that the hair of my Beauty Unlimited set is longer. I’m not sure if this is a good or bad thing but at least this cheaper brush set get things done as needed. Since this Beauty Unlimited is made from synthetic hair, it’s perfect for cream and liquid products. The brush feels sturdy and I did not experience any shedding nor bleeding. The brush hair smelled kind of chemical-y at first though–but nothing a good wash can get rid of.

This Beauty Unlimited Precision Eye Brush Kit is actually a part of the store’s 10-pc Pink and Gold set that is on sale at Php800.00. I’ll be posting my review on the bigger brush set in the coming days. For now, you may check out Beauty Unlimited on Facebook and Instagram.

I think Make Up Hub is selling sigma brushes, but in my own opinion, you did not need it na since you got a better brushes 🙂 This brush looks so soft and easy blendable with make ups. And the color pink deets are pretty kikay 🙂 Do the strands of this brushes are falling? Because I experienced buying make up brushes to in an ol shop but I ended up giving it to my tita because the strands are falling. I think I got a fake brushes, huhu. 🙁 Anyways, you could try sk brushes, they aree pretty good too and has all kinds of brushes 🙂 Will check out Beauty Unlimited’s page 🙂 Thanks for sharing! <3
